The 2025 government and private flu vaccines are now available! Private flu vaccines are priced at $15 each. Eligibility criteria for the government-funded vaccine are available on the NSW Health website. To schedule your vaccination, please call us or book online.
We offer telehealth consultations for simple matters only, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes. These may include repeat prescriptions, medical certificates, or referral letters.
Due to the limitations of telehealth, consultations involving multiple or more complex issues will require a face-to-face appointment.
Please note: Restricted medications, including Schedule 4 (prescribed restricted substances) and Schedule 8 (controlled drugs or drugs of addiction), will not be prescribed via telehealth.
Bulk billing eligibility - Bulk-billed telehealth consultations are available only to patients who have had a face-to-face consultation with one of our doctors within the past 12 months.

From 1st September 2024, these changes will apply for Medicare Card holders. Mixed billing fees will apply to appointments with Dr Lora Zhang, Dr Ivy Su and Dr Min Wu. Bulk billing will remain for children under 16, pensioner concession card, health care concession card and DVA card holders.
Dr Ben Zhang and Dr Rehana Khatoon will continue to Bulk Bill all Medicare Card holders.
Nurse appointments continue to be Bulk Bill. Additional charges may apply for vaccinations.
Dr Ivy Su would no longer be taking on new patients for long term chronic disease management. If you are in need of chronic disease management we have other wonderful doctors in our clinic.

We offer general practice medical services including women's health, men's health, adolescent and child health, senior's health, preventative health, chronic disease management and immunisation.
We can also help with travel medication, contraception and family planning, work cover, skin checks, and minor surgical procedures.
On site pathology, physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry, dietitian and chiropractors are available at our clinic.
