Dr Ivy Su became a fellow of RACGP in 2013 and has worked in different GP practices across the Northern Territory, Wollongong and Newcastle. She obtained a diploma in child health from Westmead hospital in 2010. She also has a great deal of experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, chronic diseases management, antenatal care, mental health and child health. Special services: PAP smears, implanon insertion/removal, minor skin excision and procedures, travel vaccinations and immunisations

**Patients would need to pay the Total fee of their consultation. A rebate will be processed into an elected bank account on Medicare. Before attending your appointment please check you have entered your bank account details on your Medicare Online account.
Bulk-billed Telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen a doctor in person at our clinic within 12 months. New Patients and those who have not been within 12 months will need to pay $67.85 and would not be eligible for medicare rebates. Please pay and book online if you are not eligible for bulk billing.
Patients without Medicare: Total fee applies. If you have a health fund card that is compatible with HICAPS, we will be able to make a claim for you, out-of-pocket fees remain the same.
Bupa Health Insurance Cards: There will be an additional $8.40 Gap for patients under 16 years old.
Additional costs might be incurred depending on the type of consultation and service provided.
